How information is used
We use the contact details and information you provide by email or telephone to answer enquiries and arrange restaurant services (steps requested before a contract and performance of a contract). Booking information entered in TheFork is processed through that provider and shared with the restaurant to manage your reservation. The provider explains its own processing, optional cookies and payment handling in its privacy information. Do not send payment-card details by email.
Website operation and storage
The website is hosted by Google / Firebase. Hosting providers process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and requests, to deliver and secure the site. Our legitimate interest is maintaining a reliable, secure website. We do not run visitor accounts, public comments, analytics or advertising tags on this version. Your cookie choice is stored locally for 6 months. Optional embedded services require your permission.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries and reservation information are kept for the time needed to handle the request or service, and subsequently where needed to meet legal obligations or defend claims. Hosting and booking providers process information to provide their services. Their linked policies explain retention and any international processing and safeguards. You can ask us for further details at bookings@gildabybelgious.com.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing at bookings@gildabybelgious.com. You may withdraw optional-service consent at any time through Cookie settings; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can complain to AEPD, Spain’s data protection authority. Cookie permission is not permission to send marketing emails.
